LVWCC Tutor Training Workshop

Our next tutor training workshop begins on February 16, 2010.  The workshop is based on the ProLiteracy Worldwide student-centered approach to learning.  Participants will learn about techniques and strategies for tutoring adult English language learners. Upon completing of the training, participants become ProLiteracy Worldwide certified tutors.

A $25 registration fee includes instructional workbooks, a variety of reference materials, and refreshments. Lunch will be provided at the Saturday workshop session. To receive certification, all three sessions must be attended.
